DCON Cost Lowered!

****DCON PRICING UPDATE!!!!!!****

Attention everybody: the pricing we did during our board meeting was incorrect!

THEREFORE the new pricing is as follows:

$140 registration (food, t-shirt, pin) per person

Rooms are $80 per night (divide by 4 is $20 per night)
Multiply by 2 for both nights = $40 if in a 4 person room

TOTAL IS $180

($75 deposit is still available if you choose not to pay in full upfront.)

DCON 2013 Registration Materials

It’s been a long wait, but the DCON registration materials are finally live! Head over to the “Current Files” page and download this year’s registration packet now! (The page can be accessed by hovering over “Downloads” in the menu below and clicking “Current Files.”)

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

  • Cost:
    • TOTAL COST – $180.00 (includes deposit)
    • DEPOSIT – $75.00
  • Payment Options:
    • Pay online via PayPal, IN FULL for $180.00
    • Pay via mail, IN FULL for $180.00
    • Pay via mail, DEPOSIT for $75.00 and pay the remaining $105.00 upon arrival at DCON if not covered by other sponsors
      • Sponsors could be Kiwanis and/or school clubs
      • Sponsor payments postmarked by March 8, 2013.
  • All registration forms are due, and deposits and sponsor payments must be postmarked, on or before March 8th.

DCON 2013 Details

As of today’s board meeting, the DCON dates are confirmed for March 22-24, 2013 in Salt Lake City, UT. The location of the convention will be the Red Lion Hotel at 161 West 600 South in Salt Lake.

 

The theme for 2013 is GET A CLUE FOR SERVICE.

There will be workshops, a scavenger hunt, themed dance, talent show, and of course officer elections for the 2013-2014 District Board!

There has been a date change for the Salt Lake City FTR! Please take note of this change below!

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to let everyone know the confirmed dates for Fall Training Rally 2012! There will be two FTR’s, one in Salt Lake City, UT and the other in Twin Falls, ID. General members should attend the FTR held in your home state.

Locations and exact times are TBD at this point; we will let you know as soon as we have the information. However, if you plan on attending (and you should!), please keep the morning and afternoon open on these dates:

SALT LAKE CITY FTR – October 27, 2012

DCON Lodging Costs

Hey Key Clubbers, just to clarify, the lodging costs on the packet are per person, per night. You must multiply that cost by 2 to get the actual cost for the Convention. Furthermore, checks for lodging costs should be made out to the Utah-Idaho Kiwanis District Foundation. Our apologies for any confusion! Section A of the registration packet has been reuploaded with the changes.
